Originally from Australia, I began my career in the UK before returning to continue in the recruitment industry. More than a decade with established firms including Michael Page and Hudson, I worked across diverse markets and built a strong foundation in executive search.

That experience led to the creation of Hemisphere — a deliberately lean, personalised model built around quality, ownership and long-term partnership, with national reach.

My approach is straightforward. I focus on getting the fundamentals right: clear communication, considered advice and consistent follow-through. I listen, provide honest feedback, and aim to add value at every stage of the process.

I recognise that recruitment carries both commercial impact and human considerations. I represent both client and candidate with respect, professionalism and balance throughout.
